The Vereconference web based conferencing software simpley needs web access and you can be in the web conference room with 2 other people for free. Being online allows for more interaction with your guest. The free room is a fully functioning web conferencing room however it does expire each day at 12 midnight Pacific time. Anyone is allowed though to get new fre room as much as they wish. The web conferencing software is more reasonably priced then one would think for those who would want a room that does not expire. A 10 person room is less then 30 bucks a month with no limits to how long you can be int he room and no other hidden cost other then the one time set up fee of $25. Compared to playing phone tag using web conferencing to communicate with friends, family, and to opperate your business makes smart moeny sence. Expecially when meeting with others out of your area. Plus no travel time to get to the meeting room ... smiles.
