To start writing
When writing one of the best ways to get going is to decide who it is you are writing for. Who is it that will be reading what you write? Now what benifit will this reader get from what you wrote? Waht is it you want to bring across to this reader. Having the end user and the end benifit of what you write in mind first before you put it all together is one of the best places to start writing.
