Personal Development Personal development is the persuit of growth from where you are today to reach a higher place. To grow yourself from where you are today to a better you tomorrow. I feel personal development is working on yourself each day so tomorrow you can stretch just a little more from the day before and soon after time you won't even recognize who you are compared to who you were. To me Personal Development is taking action on yourself to grow. Even if it is simply a deep breath to relax, or some HUGE week with Tony Robins, or any step in between just taking action on you for improvement is personal development in my eyes.
