One reason for nutritionals
Why take nutritionals? One of the biggest reasons is because we don't grow our own food anymore. Pretty much everyone gets their food even the so called fresh food from a store. To get this "fresh" food to the store the grower needs to do all sorts of things to make sure it is still fresh as it sits on the shelf of the store before you purchase it. Even organic food has to be at a minamum picked early enough to make it to the store still "fresh" for you to buy. So does this fresh food on the store shelf have as much value as from a garden or bak yard? Most likely not. So like past generations our "fresh" food intake is not the same. This is just one great reason to take nutritionals along with eating a healthy diet.
