Mobile with web conferencing
you know how life got so much easier for many with the what was called then mobile phone? Now known as cell for those of you younger readers like me ... grin. Well cell phones truly changed life for ever. Now with laptops we are even more mobile with more stuff. Web conferencing software combined with a laptop allows you to be even more mobile. Where ever you have web access you have a conference room you can meet with anyone else who has web access too So even in your car yuo can be in your meetings that you schedule in your web conference room. Cool thing too is even though you are on the road somewhere it looks exactly the same as if you wer in your home or office. Plus all the tools of the web conferencing software are always there for your use. No worries of forgetting markers for the white board, or things lie like that. You could even be in one of those hotspots with coffee and be well taken care of durring your meeting. So grab your laptop and go mobile where ever the office suits you today. Be it the beach, middle of the local park, some cafe, on the train or fary, or where ever your feet take you ... smiles.
